胡坦,男,1995年生,湖北武汉人,现任华中农业大学食品科学技术学院副教授,硕士生导师。2022年6月毕业于华中农业大学食品科学技术学院(导师:潘思轶教授),后赴以色列希伯莱大学(导师:Meital Reches教授)和新加坡南洋理工大学(导师:Pooi See Lee教授)从事博士后研究。研究方向为食品智能制造和自组装短肽分子设计。目前,以第一作者/通讯作者身份在国际期刊Advanced Materials,Chemical Engineering Journal,Journal of Colloid and Interface Science,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Biomacromolecules,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry,Food Bioscience,Advanced Materials Interfaces, Ultrasonics Sonochemistry等发表SCI论文13篇(其中中科院一区9篇,封面文章1篇,单篇影响因子最高26.8),获授权专利5项(国际发明专利1项,国内发明专利4项)。担任ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等国际期刊审稿人。作为骨干成员参与以色列-新加坡自然基金1项,国家自然科学基金2项以及多项企业合作项目。曾获得南洋理工大学博士后奖学金、希伯莱大学博士后奖学金、国家留学基金委公派留学联合培养博士奖学金(CSC202006760064)、湖北省优秀科研论文、华中农业大学十佳创新创业之星、三好研究生、优秀毕业生、华中农业大学科技创新十佳作品等荣誉称号。
