梁宏闪,中共党员,女,博士。2012年获河南工业大学学士学位,2015年至2017年,美国罗格斯大学联合培养,2017年获华中农业大学食品科学专业博士学位,现就职于华中农业大学食品科学技术学院。长期从事亲水胶体及功能性配料的基础和应用研究;作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目各1项,湖北省青年科学基金1项,中央高校自主创新基金1项,参与承担国家重点研发计划2项。在本领域权威杂志发以第一和通讯作者发表SCI论文22篇;申请专利6项,获授权2项;指导本科生团队获得“创青春·汇得行”2018年湖北省大学生创业大赛创业计划赛银奖,“建行杯”第四届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛铜奖,作品被评为2018年“创青春”创新创业大赛优秀作品及2018年“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛优秀作品。指导多项大学生创新创业训练计划项目。
