个人简介

女,理学博士,副教授/硕士生导师,入选湖北省“楚天学者”人才计划(楚天学子),广东省高性能计算学会理事,湖北省食品科技协会会员。2009年6月毕业于兰州大学化学化工学院,获得理学博士学位;之后留校工作。于2010年3月先后赴美国密歇根大学医学与生物信息中心和美国耶鲁大学核磁共振研究中心从事博士后研究工作。2013年6月加入华中农业大学食品科技学院,从事营养功能组分代谢组学与食品营养组学相关研究;生物大分子互作;水产品贮藏与加工; 环境因素对食品营养特性的影响等方面教学和科研工作。主持各类科研课题共7项,其中国家级3项、省部级2项,发表SCI论文三十余篇。

科研项目

1. 国家重点研发计划,小龙虾全链条危害物安全评估及预警技术建立,课题负责人。
2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,基于组学策略研究多酚单体对淡水鱼冷藏保鲜过程中蛋白质降解与脂质氧化的抑制作用及其机理,主持。
3. 国家自然科学基金青年项目,基于组学方法研究两种营养功能迥异淡水鱼的分子学基础,主持。
4. 波谱与原子分子物理国家重点实验室开放课题,核磁共振方法研究热加工过程中鱼类膳食因子的释放机理以及特征变量的指纹识别,主持。
5. 湖北省自然科学基金面上项目,淡水鱼不同部位营养风味组分差异与化学计量学特征分析,主持。
6. 华中农业大学校自主创新基金,药膳食材对黑鱼鱼糜凝胶特性的影响及分子作用机理研究;主持。
